Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately
- Ensure company policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate training, development programs, and performance appraisal processes
- Administer employee benefits, attendance, and leave management systems
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed
- Support management in implementing HR strategies and organizational policies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
