Responsibilities 

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets

- Conduct market research to understand local trends, competition, and customer needs

- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements

- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals

- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance updates to management

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales, business development, or market expansion

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and securing partnerships

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent understanding of the local market and corporate landscape

• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
