Responsibilities 

1.⁠ ⁠Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
2.⁠ ⁠Assist in the planning and creation of new menu items under the guidance of the Head Chef.
3.⁠ ⁠Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
4. ⁠Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies, ordering as needed to maintain inventory levels.
5.⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
6.⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
8.⁠ ⁠Adapt to special dietary needs and requests of guests.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or line cook in a reputable kitchen.

•⁠ ⁠Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and leadership skills.

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

•⁠ ⁠Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
